Refund policy

At Diplomat, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If a product does not meet your expectations, our flexible return and refund policy ensures a smooth, hassle-free experience.

 1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • Products can be replaced within 15 days of delivery.

  • To qualify, returns must meet the following conditions:

    • The request is raised within the 30-day return window.

    • The product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

    • All original accompaniments (tags, dust bags, boxes, etc.) are included.

  • After 30 days, returns will not be accepted.

 2. Refund Policy

  • No return policy, only replacement will be granted.

 3. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are dispatched once the returned item has been picked up by our courier.

  • Delivery of the replacement may take up to 7 business days after pickup.

  • If you request an exchange for a different model, any price difference (higher or lower) can be settled through net banking/UPI.

 4. Return & Pickup Process

  • Pack the product securely in the original box. If unavailable, use a sturdy carton to avoid transit damage.

  • Once your request is confirmed, a pickup will be scheduled within 1–2 business days.

  • Pickups are handled by our shipping partners (typically Delhivery). All coordination will happen directly between you and the courier representative.

 5. Refund Timeframe for Cancellations

  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • If the order is already in transit, we will attempt to cancel with the courier.

    • If delivery is still attempted, simply decline the package; it will be automatically returned to us, and your refund will be processed.

 6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before shipment by contacting us via phone.

 7. Sale Terms & Conditions

  • Products purchased during a sale, promotion, or discount offer are eligible for exchange/replacement only in case of a manufacturing defect.

  • For non-defect reasons, exchanges or replacements are not accepted on discounted items.
